Everybody was lovely, and helped me loads.
Because they looked after my mum with lots of care.
Staff attending were always cheerful, always reliable spoke to patient explaining all their actions, treated mainly with respect, never appreciated in a rush. Very re-assuring presence.
I’m very grateful for the bereavement therapy I received from Amber, I have experienced a traumatic loss & I had no idea where to start or how to try & deal with this situation. Amber was always so supportive, understanding, caring & professional.
Talking to her has really helped, I know this is a long journey for me, Amber has been there from the start, she has given me the knowledge & understanding of the grief process which has guided me through the last couple of months & I'm hoping to continue to make small positive steps in my recovery.
I’m very thankful for the support & I know if I feel I need to come back in future I’m able to re-refer myself again, which is a great comfort to know your door is open for further help if I need it.
Thank you Amber!

My mother was visited when she was dying, and I was called after. Counseling was also offered to me and provided. It was sensitive, and very helpful. Thank you (It was Christian).
I have not experienced palliative care before and I am so very grateful for all the help and support given. I cannot fault it. The nurses and care staff were so kind and compassionate, in my view they were my angels, I cannot thank everyone involved with mum's care enough.
Always know I can speak to Nicky about anything.
To be honest at the beginning I wasn't sure that this was going to work. How completely wrong I was. Ambar was my rock. I will remember all her words of advice for years to come. I am so grateful
The advice I was given today was very good.
All good.
