I have no complaints about my counsellor. She was very understanding and made me feel at ease. I have nothing but respect, for Tracy Bacon. Who, gave me, ideas on my less, and who suggested some courses that I could undertake to ease the pain of losing my wife. Thank you so much for your help and a special thank you to.
It was good to talk to someone about how I was feeling both with Mary (before the Bereavement counselors had time for me) and with Wendy.
Both helped me to understand that my feelings were entirely natural.
Thanks.
I was made to feel relaxed in my own home and the therapist explained the treatment very well. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! No faults at all.
The care my husband is getting is very good and he is very happy with the nurses all of them are kind and happy and could not get anything better.
I was given bereavement counselling (by Jill) which was very beneficial. Thank you, she was very kind and considerate towards me and very easy to talk to - a great credit to your service.
I felt at ease when talking about my problems, and the lady expressed her care towards me. Helping me very much to start my life again.
Where to begin?
The help we have received for my father is absolutely amazing. What a great shame the NHS staff are not able to work in the same way.
I cannot think of a single way the service could be improved. Thank you.
Excellent care and counselling from Kim Lock, at a time when I needed it most. She is a credit to her profession. Thank you.
Everything good!!
We have received help from hospice at home.
The arrival of the nurses has been at a similar time each day
They refreshed and set my husband up for the day.
It's always good to have different, jolly faces to see each morning.
Can't fault the service at all
St Helena Hospice was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
