Review of Bereavement written by a patient

I had a wonderful lady talked to the first time. She helped me a great deal. Care comes from within, and not every person is gifted with this. I am very observant person and notice little detail like "I must not spend one second here longer than necessary"). I also prefer to talk to person face to face, and can not busy and put off by telephone call and advice it needed I could call the Samaritans! But this is about me. I shall be forever grateful for the help when my husband was ill and dying and I am grateful for the help I have been given.

Review of Therapies & Wellbeing written by a patient

Very peaceful and relaxing. Interactive and of a perfect length of time. The only thing I don't like is the marks left on my pace from the breathing hole in the massage bed. I end up walking around Tescor with red lines down my cheeks and a towel texture left on my forehead.

I find that the relaxation element of many of the single or group therapies very useful. As it helps with my pain. It also helps to practice breathing exercises for both physical and emotional pain. I do not feel from my personal experience that anything needs improvement. I appreciate all the support I get.
