I felt very valued as an individual. I always felt supported and there was always someone I could share my heavy load with. The counselor I saw was very professional and sincere. The service has been great support to my mum and I her daughter help us get through those very difficult times. I also feel I can always ask for further support if I need it.
I was made to feel so comfortable and at ease, it was very easy to talk to Emma. Everything was well covered. I do not think anything can be improved on.
The care was arranged in hours/days. All of the people we saw were kind and caring. Hospice can not be faulted in any way. They worked professionally along side NHS nurses and doctors to make the final hours and days of my dear friend the patient the best if could be. He dies with dignity at home in no pain. Thank you so much.
In my experience, nothing needing improvement. Wendy was amazing. Great advice, professional attitude yet caring. She is a great person for St Helena hospice, thank you.
Having someone independent to share grief with, was good.
I don't think you could improve, it's an amazing place.
Kind.
Gentle.
Friendly.
I had good care I felt I could talk to Wendy (my councellor).
Ways which I would help myself on dealing with my grief.
What support networks these are and I know that if I need any help I can contact them in the future.
This was my first meeting and I was very happy with the way I was treated, I was not rushed and I was well impressed how everything was explained to me. It has taken a load off my mind and I feel a lot happier.
Thank you so much.
Nothing was too much trouble, everything explained beautifully.
We hit it off immediately with Liz and Kelly, the patient's mind was really settled by the time they left.
