My counselor Wendy was fantastic, she was caring and I felt she really listened to me.
She was very supportive of me, my counselor really has helped me to have a more positive outlook on my life.

I received bereavement counselling following my husbands death but he had received excellent treatment and help from St Helenas prior to his death.
I was offered counselling without having to request it and it was organised very quickly.

The sessions enabled us all to discuss feelings.
The group facilitator encouraged the group to share and listen to others.
Hearing each others experience was supportive.

The care and facilities are excellent.
The staff are wonderful and considerate, nothing is too much trouble.
They were very efficient and caring and treated me with respect.

Everything was good. Staff are lovely.
Always ready to listen.
The only down side was I never got asked about breakfast.
Had to make my own toast.
Food was lovely and tasty.
Query in side room.
