All that mattered to me when I first came to do some breathe easy classes was me. No one bad any problems as big or life threatening as mine- you must have met many like me! Now a few months on what a difference it has made. Gone has my self-pitying attitude, managing my symptoms, listening and practicing what I have learnt. I am a better person, would and do talk about the care you received and how.

My therapist (she) was so kind and immediately put me at ease. I felt very comfortable and able to be open and honest. It was a big help having the space to come each week and talk and think about my feelings. Thinking about my feelings made all the difference and rather than just talking.

Mel came to my house to give me reiki which was good as it saved me the option of combining other treatment. She was knowledgeable about health matters. She rang me an hour before hand to check I was Ok for her to come.
