Suzie listened, never judged me, she let me talk, cry and express my feelings. Suzie guided me towards the road of healing and I will always be grateful for how she helped me during this difficult time. The support I received was brilliant and there is nothing I could ever wish to be improved.

I was with other people who are also in my situation, so having 2 carers that were excellent in every way and the people, I felt I could talk, even cry and I didn't have to say why I was crying - I was understood. A calm room also helped and any problems, etc. would drift into the background. Maybe at the end of each session have something e.g. written etc.

The good thing about my care was that I felt that I could easily talk through my feelings and draw out the grief inside me. I felt that I could identify my feelings more for what they were.

My mum's singlepoint keyworkers told us about the therapies that the hospice offer and my mum and I discussed what would be a fun treat for her to have at home. She's absolutely loved Tonia's hand massages and although she is experience, her breathing slows down and becomes deeper as she relaxed into the therapy. Thank you Tonia and the hospice.

I have really benefited from having sessions to help with the loss of my mother. I found the space really relaxing and inviting. I needed a space to be able to share my feelings as home lift and work is so hectic. Thank you.

I was here for the bereavement counselling service and felt welcome from start to finish. I feel as though I was listened to in a way I have never experienced and felt cared for through the whole process. The process has been a massive help and as far as I'm concerned it doesn't need to be changed.
