Borth ladies spent time with me after 3 weeks I feel much calmer within me. Relaxed able to talk about my illness which I have not been able to in the past.

I attended the Colchester Art Group enjoyed the support during the group. Peer support. Support to paint. Nice to have lunch before group starts.
