I liked the warm friendly atmosphere and the variety of both physical and mental activities. Nothing is competitive and it's both what's comfortable.
I go home feeling stimulated and stretched further than I would do on my own.

Everything! Honestly, nothing could be improved except perhaps to have been able to have family sessions that included my daughter. Lynda Smith was amazing!

You are treated as a very valuable member and I think every point of the service is excellent and it would be very difficult to make it any better than what it was.
