Information and brilliant.
Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Service itself great help and relief to the patient.
Brilliant!
The counselor was brilliant, very easy to talk to. Felt very comfortable and relaxed. Found counseling before very awkward and unable to talk and open up but found this lady Lynda completely different.
The care was good, very informal and at your own pace. Can talk about whatever you like in a relaxed atmosphere. The 6 weeks was in not entirely sure enough as I'd waited so long for the counselling. I felt it was over in a flash. I'm on my own again still not really understanding what I'm doing or how I'm feeling.
Very sympathetic and informative.
I needed to find out from someone who has more experience whether the feelings I'm going through since my wife passed away are normal or am I making a meal of it.
Having been assured by one of the bereavement team that I fall within the bounds of normal, I am more confident about facing the future along a different path.
Good pain relief advice. Very good with my family getting them involved.
I am recovering from a mastectomy and am at the stage of moving forward.
Exercises, yoga etc.
As there isn't a yoga class (specific one) at the Clarion Hospice, I contacted them and they very kindly arranged a sense of 6 home visits.
I am so grateful.
First class.
This a team effort and is very efficient.
There is nothing that I can see to improve things.
St Helena Hospice was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
