I felt after every hour of counselling I came out feeling more positive about my life. It was so good to be able to talk to someone who would not judge you but would listen and understand what you're feeling and emotions were after a bereavement and big lose in my life. Very helpful happy and courteous staff always have a smile on their face, and an attitude that nothing is too much trouble for anyone "day or night" very impressed how they all work together as a team "well done."

I used the hospice for counseling and reflexology both my reflexologist Jenny and Councillor Camilla were excellent, both very professional and very caring and friendly.

Liz was on time which we find very unusual in this day and age! She was very understanding, caring and explained everything thoroughly. Liz is going to try to get someone to understand my husband's problems, which up until now, no-one has managed to help us.

Lynda was a lovely lady to meet who listened, didn't pass judgement, I laughed, cried and it all felt right to do so in her meeting. I felt relaxed enough to want to talk even though I was pained Lynda helped me do that as I never thought I was ready I felt lighter. Lovely lovely lady.
