Seeing Tracey every week taught me to cope. I recognized my strengths. I started to enjoy life again. My grief totally consumed my life and Tracy showed me a way forward. I was able to share and get close to my husband who I had pushed away.
My care, support and encouragement again. I truly needed it.

Jane was lovely, she was friendly and welcoming and the treatment was second to none, I've loved every session.
Only thing could be improved would be noise level from corridor.
I would love to have more.

It would be very difficult to improve on care and attention shown to myself and all the class.
The staff were excellent and I would miss everybody.
