Working as a team. Everyone went the extra mile to make you comfortable and made you feel as an individual whether it be pain relief, cup of tea or going to the toilet. They talked and listen keeping you informed. Staff are wonderful.

My counselor Camilla Carbutt was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and I felt I could say anything without judgement. Camilla has helped me through the most difficult time of my life and I feel more confident and ready to deal with my future.

The care was great nice to have someone to talk to about my dad. Improve waiting too long for help and it would be nice to speak longer.

I was made welcome by all staff, offered tea or coffee before each session and treated very well. My counselor Kim was the best counselor I've ever had out of about 5 or 6 counselors.

I found it a bit difficult answering some of these questions as it was only the first visit.

I was listened to and we worked together to get the right amount of treatment that is best for me. I was not forced into anything I did not want to do. He understood and seemed to care about the level of pain I am in. It would be better for patient and care if the nurse was informed of what exactly is in the medicine provided.
