Very welcoming and calm environment. My counsellor Linda was caring, professional, understanding and above all a major part of enabling me to cope with the issues I had. If there was anything that could be improved at all, more parking would be useful.

Received support in areas I had not perceived needing it thanks to clever conversation skills very tactfully carried out!

Everything from start to finish. Nothing too much of a problem for them. What a pity the government can't spend more money on places like these. We certainly need these places, don't make it profitable organisation. Right number of beds here. Lovely place keep up the good work.

Wendy was the person I had my appointments with. Yes it was beneficial that I could speak to her, as she did not know me to have someone independent was helpful. That I could go somewhere out of my house and discuss my inner feelings and thoughts around my husband the patient's death and how I have been trying to cope. The only thought that I have in my situation it would have probably been better for me to have seen someone much earlier after my husband died in a counselling capacity.

The help I received was amazing. I was able to talk about incident in my early life that I haven't felt able to talk about before! Lynda Smith my counselor was cheerful and friendly and I was able to relax completely with her. A wonderful help, I don't think there is any way you could improve your service.

Over the past week I have been seen by the nurse practitioner. Practice matron and physiotherapist. All have been very helpful and understanding. None made me feel there was a time constraint on their visit.

To be listened to when I felt like I was rambling. The advice I was given has put me in a much better place.
