I felt that I could say anything I wanted and they listened, where as friends listen to a degree but not the same way and felt she always gave me an answer. I hear her voice in my head sometimes when I'm having a bad day and I think of what she told me. It's just so nice to think that someone cares and will listen, and it didn't matter how how upset I got.

Friendly - made me feel good loved his visit. Kind and friendly, helpful, thoughtful and a really lovely person. No improvement needed but would love to see Niamh again.

Received bereavement counselling following my wife's death. Feeling of grief dealt with after a three year waiting. Some difficulties in getting back into system after the gap.

I found it quite difficult to 'open up' about things in the past. Leanne was always very nice and helpful etc. I was certainly pleased she'd been assigned to me. I personally didn't feel I got a lot out of it, unfortunately.
