Everything about my care was wonderful, the staff are always very helpful and give continuous support. I have to say that without this support I could be totally lost, so many thanks to you all for everything you have done for me.

The counselor was kind and considerate at all times. I felt that rather than help the sessions disturbed and upset me. I found for the rest of the day. I was quite depressed. I know I got to talk which was a help, but the time I spent always seemed we were looking at the clock and I never thought we were finished 1 hour in some cases might be OK, but in others, you need more time. I know the number of people you are helping this may not be possible? I hope you do not feel I am not appreciative of your help, as this is not the case. But you did ask. Thank you.

I saw Wendy and it was a huge relief to be able to talk frankly about my feelings following the loss of my son. She was attentive and remembered what had been said from one meeting to the next and this made me feel she was really listening. Meetings have helped me realize how I feel is the normal process of grieving all in a relaxed, friendly environment. Thank you Wendy.

David was very easy to talk to helped me understand my feelings and how I can move forward controlling my feelings. David has given me coping skills that I know will help me in my future.

Yvonne was kind and humorous and I felt safe and comforted and her advice was helpful. Empathy helps so much when the other person truly understands what has been so upsetting.

So far I thought my treatment was very good and what I liked was they were very honest with me and because I explained that I would rather know and then I feel I can cope, I must say Ross checked me up when he visited me.
