The staff were friendly and extremely pleasant. The course is fine as it is. I don't think it needs any improvement. Very informative and helpful.

The sessions got me over my grief. My counsellor was so kind, Lorraine helped me to learn strategies to manage my overwhelming feelings. Other counselling has not been helpful in the past but Lorraine has been.

Wendy was very lovely and I felt I could really open up about thoughts and feelings I had buried for years, this experience has really helped me with regards to the loss of my mum.
