I find the garden was great and the staff are so kind plus the other groups are very helpful to me.
I learnt a lot. I enjoyed the trip out immensely. Everyone has been very attentive and helpful. The arrangements for setting up has all worked out. It would be great to have longer sessions.
Nothing to be improved. Everyone very caring and attentive. Very welcoming.
Made to feel comfortable and at ease by staff, who quickly became the nurse when needed, which happened twice. I was shown how to control my breathing. not to panic and how to relax, sit forward and rest on arms. The nurse picked up on my colour and advised me to see a doctor, which turned out to be an iron deficiency. They also showed us how to do exercises for other ailments. They encouraged me to play bowls and skittles.
Having been a type 1 diabetic for 60 years who has difficulties in hearing the help given by all the staff was excellent.
It was good to interact with other people who have similar illnesses to myself and the staff do a very good job.
The care is good on the whole staff are good, on the whole lots of help when arrive and leave though!
