Learning the tools to help with breathlessness. How to manage the anxiety, talk about how it made me feel and be reassured. Approachable people easy to talk to. Really enjoyed relaxation session.

Kind and thorough, understanding personal needs and the needs of the group! All aspects of mindfulness were covered and I walk away from the group feeling enlightened and of course mindful! :-).
