As usually perfection and excellence cannot be improved.
The carers are loving, kind, considerate and just wonderful.
I think they also spent their own time thinking of new things to do and preparation.

The care my mother received whilst at St Helena was second to none. All the staff worked tirelessly to make my mum's time there as comfortable as possible. They also made time to make sure that I as a relative was also looked after. I really don't think there is any need to improve anything. You are all wonderful.
