Staff are kind, helpful, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. The staff are so competent. I don't believe there could be any improvement. Except of course more appointments for such care.

Nothing to improve. Service was fantastic. Cared for my grandad with the utmost care and attention. Supported the family by answering any questions. Staff are wonderful supportive at a very difficult time.

Excellent care from all staff and volunteers. Only suggestion that may help patients in the sun would be an extendable sun shades (like on the balconies in Europe). (My husband was in a bay in the window). He enjoyed stew but when sunny he didn't enjoy the glare or heat - at times we closed curtains.

Gardening club - good opportunity to meet others in similar situations. Great ideas for projects - Early to do and to keep. Lots of help available throughout. Friendly helpful staff. Overall very enjoyable and interesting.
