I was listened to with respect and understanding. I did not feel pressure to fill in any silent spaces. I was not interrupted or plied with questions. It was always at my pace I was encouraged to write to Laura which has been very helpful to feel emotions. I am feeling, and the parallels of similar episodes in my life. I have a much better understanding of myself now. No improvement is necessary in my view.

It was lovely to try new products on my face and actually learn how to use the items properly. I think the staff and helpers did a lovely job and don't think any improvements is needed.

As usual excellence cannot be improved. The staff were caring, kind and winking of just me and my problems when they spoke to me. This includes the wonderful volunteers as well. They are all wonderful!

I always felt comfortable to talk about things and at ease. There's nothing to really improve on.
