Felt relaxed and comfortable in the room, with Mark and his associate and other people partaking in the course.
Very good and helpful.
Being part of the group has been a great help with coping with health condition. An escape from isolation encouragement with each others and staff to stay fit and well as possible and mentally despite physical life threaten painful conditions.
They are all very caring people who know their jobs thoroughly brilliant bedside manner (something you cannot buy).
We all have complete faith in the way they carry out their work.
Cannot be faulted in anyway.
Everything good about my care.
All staff very friendly and caring. Pace of course rather too slow and gentle for me, but seemed to suit majority of patients.
It was good that I got extra counselling sessions that I needed at the time. It was also good that I was seen by a therapist who could deal with other problems that I had that had been made worse by the bereavement. It also helped to just have somebody to talk to who would listen in a non-judgmental way.
What was good about my care is I was listened to with great attention, asked questions that fulfilled me with regards to my condition, I felt relaxed and reassured that my situation at some point in my lifetime will subside. With regards to improving, it would be nice to be able to have a longer session from time-to-time.
What was good for me is a was quite educational and informative on my condition be best for me was the care and support we all got or breath happy.
