Step became the highlight of my week. The group became friends and the environment was safe. We discussed our problems and supported one another.
The staff are superb, always there to help and listen, lunch with the group was great.
A lot of information was given about many different topics important to us, I received a number of complementary treatments, they were lovely and helped to relax. All in all a fantastic concise and I would like to return one day.

My mother has received excellent care whilst in St. Helena's hospice. Everybody who works within the hospice are a credit to their professions and it has been an honour to have met them all.

I felt that I was listened to even if I couldn't put my thoughts and feelings into words. Hearing other people's experiences helped me put my experiences into perspective.

I don't believe anything can be improved. The sessions work really well. Karen and Kay have been brilliant during these sessions.
