You were there for my sister and I know she did benefit from the support Diane Turner gave her.
Almost immediate help when called.
Felt "cared" for by the nurses.
Never where always recognised and acted upon.
Bed always looked tidy.
Improved (?)
In the room of 4 patients when the doctors come round to discuss patients diagnosis or questions. I think the visitors of other patients in that room should be asked to leave for 15 mins or whenever very personal things get discussed.
I received fantastic support at a very difficult time in my life.
I wish I knew about the services available much earlier in my illness, i think I would have been able to benefit earlier.
I was only referred because I asked my consultant about palliative care. Had I not asked I would have been now the wiser.
A specialist nurse (Diana Turner) was assigned to my mother. She didn't just care for her but all the family. This was important to have one person to talk to rather than a voice at singlepoint. She was able to give support when needed and helped us get through some difficult times, if she was unable to visit, was at the end of the phone, I couldn't have wished for better care than this lady gave.
Improvements? Waiting to join a specific group- long wait list.
Everything about my care has been wonderful, staff and volunteers could not have been kinder or more caring. Thank you everyone.
We were very satisfied with the lady who came to see us. Very pleasant.
Nothing can be improved it was magic!

Thoroughly enjoyed this course and would love to repeat it at some point.
A good general range of subjects relative to our needs and goals.
I liked the exercise classes as not too long but got your moving.
Very friendly and approachable staff, with lots of personal care and assistance available. Many subjects covered both as scheduled and as a result of these topics. Being able to speak freely or openly.
