It helped me see my way through what at first seemed like a life forever more suffocated in intense grief.
I have not completely lost my feeling of grief, but have learned what I need to do in order to better understand it and live with it.

Meeting new people with the same illness as me. Also bringing my confidence up. The exercises which help a lot and the quizzes and games which keep your mind and body more active. I don't think it could be improved in any way.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They took time to understand me as a person and the various difficulties I was facing. I felt reassured and knew that there would some support at the end of my session. I knew that the support would be there even if I decided not to continue with my sessions. I don't feel there is anything that can be improved. The care I received was second to none.
