The lady counselor who visited me was patient, kind, considerate and a good listener.
Never instructing or preaching but suggesting.
She helped me to see a way to get through a very dark tunnel.
I will always be very grateful for her time and attention.

Everybody was very friendly and made you welcomed. It was a couple of hours of fun and I felt good when I came out of the group. Staff are excellent and can't do enough for you.

The person who did my bereavement counselling a lady called Yvonne was very very good. She was very understanding and helped me a lot.
She was easy to talk lot I could express my feelings about the loss of my wife and was a very good listener Yvonne was kind and sympathetic.
