Wendy is very experienced, she has met all kinds of people and is very open.
Wendy arranged telephone appointments when I could not attend. She kindly saw me even though I was delayed.
Wendy normalized death by cancer, she made it feel every day she made me feel I could cope.

Individual attention was very reassuring and also working at your own pace but still being encouraged to push oneself. Having equipment helped as one could monitor your efforts and process over the weeks.
Regarding improvement the Rehab team need a bigger gym founds permitting - my thanks to the team.

Listened to properly.
Will miss having the contact with the carers.
Never made to feel you are a nuisance.
People are a bit concerned how to go forward with new groups.

Such care given by every member of staff no matter what position they held. Explanation from Dr easy to understand.
