Lynda was a very good listener and was very easy to open up to.
She explained how to put my bad thought to one side and think of the time we have now with my son.
Wonderful personal care.
Nothing too much trouble.
Always available to help.
Made everything easy for me.
Thank you very much.
Many many thank you to the kind people.
My husband had made what he wanted in my care choices to stay in his own home in it he wished to receive every thing was done by hospice wonderful carers and team. I could not thank them enough for all the support they gave us both, and how comfortable they made him at this difficult time at the end of his life.
Physical point of view.
Did me good.
Help to relax.
I had great support from Josh when I was first diagnosed wife terminal cancer.
He saw me through some very dark days.
I am now in a much better place and managing OK.
My comments are based on experience after being diagnosed with prorate cancer and receiving a number of visits from the hospice nurse based at ST. Helena hospice Lizmins.
She was very sympathetic and a good listener but also could give advice on various issues, including era of life care, but also cannot problems such as after effects of chemotherapy.
I cannot think of any improvements.
Mr. George Col was treated really well by Ricky with dignity and respect gave George and wife a lot of information so we do not have anyway a nice polite man.
Yours Faithfully.
The patient.
You were all extremely kind, caring and considerate to the patient, both the people who visited as in our home and when staff was in the hospice.
It was the support I was given as the patient carer before he died.
Thank you for making his last few week easier for us all, the patient, myself and my family.
St Helena Hospice was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
