I attended the Joan Tomkins centre and found a warm welcome and a sense of peace and tranquility. My visits were for 6 weeks on a Breathlessness course, this I found to be very informative with the staff being courteous and caring. The second 4 week visits were for complimentary reflexology and once again the staff and treatments were very professional. It was so pleasant to be treated kindly and dare I say certain people in the healthcare profession could learn a lot from a spell at St. Helena's hospice. Many thanks [name removed]

Suggested improvements
As far as the courses I was offered and accepted there is really nothing more to add. the car parking was tricky at times; however, I appreciate there is little that can be done about that with the available space!
