Valerie was a great help to me as I had 2 bereavements in the same week; they were 2 people who I cared about. This bereavement re opened a previous bereavement which happened 30 years ago. This previous bereavement was very heartbreaking for me. Through careful discussions and various exercises of colouring tasks and visualisations I was able to work through my grief. These tasks I found so helpful that I was able to put them into practice at home in between my weekly sessions with Valerie. Valerie is a very kind, caring person and gave me hope and joy about my grief. I wouldn't change a thing.
