The card and attention to detail was like having a cuddly security blanket around all the immediate family, nothing was to much trouble,,and the team laughed and cried with us be (our extended family ) . Our journey although painful at times was reassuring and our Mum was comfortable,and pain free to the end. The only improvement we would make is that the district nurse's, although very good indeed,don't appear to always be working on the same e somehow.Perhaps with more funding you can employ your own team of district nurse's so everyone attending is coming from the St Helena
