When we told Emma that my wife was finding it difficult to climb the stairs she very quickly organised a bed and pressure relief mattress and a commode to be put in our lounge for which we were very grateful. Whenever I phoned single point, no matter what time, they were always very helpful. I would just like to thank everyone for all their help and kindness.
