Emma gives me confidence that I will be well looked after as my life was previously 2020. I like the fact that Emma is straight and explains things well. I like her sense of humour. Emma also gave me time to think about the things we were discussing (end of life wishes) and made my own choices. Emma is always very helpful, listens to my concerns and does whatever she says she will e.g. blue badge/walking frame.  I can rely on her to do what I want.
