The nurse we had assigned to us was with us the whole journey and nothing was ever to much trouble for her. She was professional and friendly and made us and one whole family feel valued. Everyone at single point was so helpful from calling up on the phone to coming out when we needed you most. You allowed my husband to die with dignity in his own home which was what he wanted. Thank you.
