I had been referred to the service by a GP who I had spoken to as my surgery. I did not know what to expect out./nThe clinician was excellent, tailoring the session to my needs she is a point and contact and someone who is knowledgeable, caring, empathic and puts the patient as the centre of everything she does.

I have been suffering from breathlessness now was a symptom of my conducted for over 2 1/2 years now. It is only now that have been referred. It would be great if you could promote your wonderful service to GPs and clinicians at surgeries so they can refer appropriate patients.
