If I am honest, I don't know where I would be now if your service, had not given me the support that I received. I would recommend this service to everyone. And I have already suggested it to my elderly mother, but she is reluctant atm.

I personally felt that I was not only being heard, but understood with empathy and not judged on how I felt. And then helped to understand why I felt that way, and given little tips on what I could do to help myself back on my journey to health again.
