I just wanted to write a little message regarding my experience contacting yourselves yesterday. I was calling regarding referring my dad for the counselling service you offered alongside Macmillan. Every staff member I spoke to was so helpful and empathetic, and I was so touched how everyone was willing to go above and beyond to help me. Particularly Nicky coombes, who took the process of finding the right service for my dad out of my hands and sorted it all out for me. I just wanted to send this because people often focus on the negative experiences of health care and not always the positive, which I know from my own experience as a student nurse. So again a huge thank you for the compassion you all demonstrated during the short time I spent speaking to a number of you Kind regards. Abbie Green.
