My parents and siblings had all died, I had put off counselling for a long time until my only remaining brother died this last Christmas. I was able to talk to Chris regarding pent up emotions and physical feelings of grief and isolation. Being able to discuss these issues with some one who was both understanding and supportive was very cathartic for me. I feel that I have addressed the loss of my family and I am able to move forward without guilt or regret. Thank you so much.
