We were visited by Ross on a number of occasions. He was always honest and provided my wife with excellent care.
Ross always appeared to have time for us when he visited. He not only provided care and attention to my wife but was always concerned about me and the whole family. Having single point 24/7 was also real comfort. Thank you.
