My care(Lorraine) has helped me so much after the sudden loss of my mum. Already living with anxiety and depression I felt my life was over. The sessions were hard at the beginning but leaving today I know that there is light at the end of the tunnel and I feel I can cope just that bit more. Thank you so much for this service you provide you have helped me so much.
