I was in a bad way dealing with the death of my Dad. The counselling allowed me to consider ways to help me in my journey of bereavement and were so gentle and person centred I was able to deal with my emotions on a day to day basis. The words used and ways of help explained by Amber for me were very considerate and made so much sense. I feel I will be able to try to manage my emotions better. I can’t thank her enough.
