The love, concern and genuine warmth that I received from your bereavement group Counsellor is incomparable. Mary always had time to discuss whatever problem I may have had. The sheer compassion that she showed over the bereaved is so lovely to encounter and deeply appreciated! As for 'what can be improved?' - absolutely nothing. Mary resolved so many of my problems and Leigh Ann was a totally charming lady too!
