All nursing/care staff with GP virtual ward, kind, caring, professional, patient. Mum treated with dignity - all wonderful people....Can not help thinking local community hospital centre for this work sure money, and stop careless people, handling all over Essex. Many calls a day surely this must spread covid more!
Suggested improvements
Given the present covid climate/situation, I do not think anything could have been improved.
So difficult with staff shortages/absentees etc maybe the G.P, St. Helena Colchester hospital could link up better. It took ages for all departments to be so had to repeat everything 4 or 5 times.
