This session was about my future care, putting contacts and arrangements into place ahead to the time when I will need palliative care and support from the extended team this has served to reassure my self and my wife that we will not be alone as my illness proceeds towards terminal care. It has also importantly, opened up opportunities for discussions re end of life.
