My care was tailored what I needed from original contact to assessment to feeling stable again. I was listened to and felt included in the planning. They kept me informed of changes and were patient with me. The team feel as close as friends but with the night degree of detachment to help me put it together. I understood what could happen and what the care included. All the people I met were helpful and are very good at what they do. Thank you.
