I found The New Victoria Hospital to be extremely clean, there was no doubt in my mind about the hygiene and cleaniless. On operation day I liked that I was in a quiet area, in a bay of my own with an entrance door into the bay which made it feel slightly like a room rather than a bay in a unit. The nurses were extremely caring and made sure I had everything and more that I needed.

Denrist was very helpful and explained what he was doing.
