I am very satisfied with the level of care. Often the team has identified things before I have even thought of them. My mother who used to live in Southfield needed 24 hour care. Compared with the level of support in Sefton. I am getting for more help and support than she did.

I am responding on behalf of my husband, I was very saddened to receive this two weeks after my husband passed away. My concerns with the service provided. 1. Failure to have in place an end of life plan. 2. Unable to speak to a nurse via the out of hours emergency service and days before his death. 3. Nursing staff service not to assess how poorly my husband was during last few weeks. I feel he was let down by the service - too little too late.

The service your team gives is absolutely amazing, Gwen comes to see dad and they so look forward to her coming. We as a family think she is amazing, she always make mum and dad and myself feel so much better about dad's situation. Thank you Gwen we couldn't wish for better.

Every time Helen visits she brings calmness amongst, what we feel is chaos. Although our lives will never be the same again Helen always tries to bring back to us (through help and medication) the best we can have of John again. Helen not only supports John, she supports all of us with help and understanding of our every need. In addition to this it is a massive relief that all the team care there 24/7 and on had to listen and help you as to what is needed at any particular time. It is so reassuring and welcoming to have this extremely high standard of support.
