The team were extremely wonderful.
Anything we needed was seen to straight away.
Ann Mudd, the st David nurse was wonderful, very caring and supportive.
Also Jo, at YYF was there to help and answer any questions and was very caring and supportive.
St David are doing a wonderful job.
A big thank you to all.
I have received regular phone calls from Tracy - haven't always been in when she wanted to call, but that's entirely my fault.
She was extremely helpful securing my PIP payment, which I knew nothing about, so now I am unable to drive, this is very helpful.
She also was key to my receiving my blue badge quickly which has already been useful.
Altogether a lovely lady and extremely helpful.
A big thank you.
The organisation should make sure it is in position of cutting edge facts.
Mostly we are really pleased with the care we have received.
Thank you very much.
Excellent.
Nothing is too much trouble for Jill.
Thank you.
My father needs very little help from his nurse at present but when we have needed help or advice she has given it willingly and professionally.
She calls at regular intervals and is punctual which is important to my father. We all feel we can turn to her for help and feel as time goes on her support will be invaluable.
The service I received was good.
I was diagnosed quickly and treated immediately- I do feel that may be once all the moments is over everything seems to stay, very abruptly- there are elements of depression involves, ever after and 'all dear' and these can be difficult to deal with, particularly as people seem to think once the cancer has 'gone' everything should snap back to normal immediately.
