I have only just started receiving care but Lorraine is very pleasant and easy to talk to, nothing seems too much trouble. A very friendly face and helpful person. Thank you.

Thank you for your help. We quickly received help in the form of a nurse to sit with the patient on the final night of his life allowing his wife and carers to get some rest. This meant we all then alert and present at the time of his death.

Important factors are reassurance, knowledge and experience, it's our first time and you 'have said it'. That experience essential in providing perspective. It is knowledge the consultant does not have.

The only fall back was contact by phone. Unfortunately, a call was promised but I think this didn't happen due to the Christmas Holiday.
Otherwise, visit and phone call were made as promised.
